» Volunteer Opportunities
Please consider volunteering in some way to allow the pack and den leaders to focus more time and energy on making the program fun, informative and effective for the boys. Contact Cubmaster Phil Ramthun at p.ramthun@charter.net more information.

» Your Scout Fundraising Account

Each Cub Scout in Pack 119 has an account with the pack, used to pay for camps, activities, uniforms and any Scouting-related expenses throughout their time with the pack. The money in these accounts comes from our popcorn fundraiser in October. The money earned by your scout(s) is deposited in November, after the Northern Star Council credits us for our popcorn sale efforts.

Save your receipts for anything you buy related to something your boy will use for Cub Scouts, especially at The Scout Shop: uniforms, t-shirts, hats, crafts, books, pocket knife, camping equipment, etc...

If a family has more than one Cub Scout in the pack, the account is a family account.

If your scout graduates to a Boy Scout Troop, the money in your scout's account transfers to an account with their troop. If your scout is planning on leaving the pack, at any time, you may choose to turn the money over to the pack or to use up the remaining balance by purchasing Scouting-related items. In the case of a boy leaving Scouting, you have one year from when you notify a leader you are leaving to use the money or it becomes the property of the pack.

If you have any questions about your scout's account, including the current balance, please contact Pack Treasurer Lynn Cardinal at lmlc15@yahoo.com
